As many people are aware the month of November is often called: Movember. In Movember men grow beards, mustaches, or some sort of facial hair in support of cancer awareness, especially prostate cancer, which is common among men.

Today, in Cork City, three specialty coffee shops and Ibrow in Cork City, teamed up. The three specialty coffee shops were: Bookshelf Coffee Co, SOMA Coffee Co, and Alchemy Books and Coffee.

From 9a.m. to 11a.m, all coffees were provided based on donations. The donations will be given to Irish Cancer Society.

iBrow will be holding their annual charity event on the 16th of Movember. The proceeds will be going to Irish Cancer Society. On the 16th of Movember, from 5pm to 9pm, Stevie G will be in Cork with Ilsa Media. Come down and show your support.

A quick recap of today. At the Bookshelf, I had a flatwhite. Bookshelf was a bit surprised as I often order an espresso. The white for the male’s testicles and the brown for well… guys go get your butts checked.

Over at SOMA’s I enjoyed a filtered coffee. However, I got a picture of Paul making a lovely Latte.

As a reminder, eat your fruits and vegetables, especially broccoli. Broccoli and other vegetables help your body filter out the toxins built up in your body.

The final stop was over at Alchemy. Here Dom prepared a Cortado.

It’s a short espresso mixed with 1/2 milk and 1/2 espresso. Guys come in all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds. Simply put: your prostrate health is important gents.
